Introduction - New member

Postby RonnieV » Sun Aug 08, 2010 2:46 pm

Hi there,

I've just registered for the forum and therefore I thought it'd be polite to introduce myself.

My name is Ronald, from the Netherlands, and I've been a chart- and musicfan since the beginning of the 80's. Collecting all charts (Dutch, UK and USA) and trying to get a hold of all the songs listed therein has always been a dream and finding "Britburn" might help me fullfil this dream :D

I was also wondering whether there was a way for me to contribute to the project?

Cheers,
Ronald

Welcome Ronnie :)

Nice to see you here and hope it helps with the music :D
As for contributing, we're always looking for label scans, lyrics and some elusive B-Sides.

Check out

If you're a fan of 1980's or later there's even more work we're still doing !

Cheers - Kirk

Hi Kirk,

Unfortunately I only started buying music in the 80's, so I won't be able to help with music from the 60's.

However, if there's anything I can do to help update the data in the spreadsheet for the 80's, 90's or 00's I'll probably be able to help the project!

Cheers,
Ronald

Hi Ronnie, and welcome aboard.
Where we're particularly short of entered data is the A and B side session data and B side composers from the 1970s, although there are bits missing elsewhere. Filling in any of those missing gaps would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Bert
